What does an inside peek at Derby Day LA entail? Having attended the Pacific Palisades event in previous years, the Hamptons to Hollywood team had a good idea of what to expect, however the 2019 party blew everyone away. It was, by far, Derby Day LA’s best party yet, full of champagne-induced revelry, lots of polo playing, and the greatest showing of fashion on the westside of Los Angeles.

Kentucky Derby fans turned out in droves to watch polo, watch the actual Derby, and spend a day surrounded by casual luxury. With food trucks serving high-end burgers, sushi, and more, stomachs were filled – and thanks to Makers Mark, who sponsored the event – thirsts were quenched as well. Everyone was sampling Kentucky Mules and Mint Juleps – and they were gooooooood. Like, really good. With the sun shining bright down upon Derby attendees, you would have sworn you were in Kentucky for the actual event. Save for the humidity. Ain’t nobody got time for ‘dat.

By far, the style profile all the attendees brought to the Will Rogers Polo Club was incomparable. Big hats were all the rage, of course, and the women’s attire ranged from fabulous gowns like beautiful dress for prom, to tasteful sundresses. As for the guys, ties weren’t unusual, and of course, Hamptons to Hollywood Founder, Kyle Langan, looked perfectly preppy in every way. However if you’re a pretty lady looking for the best dresses of your taste like long sleeve dresses, you can absolutely shop long sleeve dresses online!

Take a peek below to see some of the aforementioned revelry and fashion looks. We can’t wait until next year.
